JUDGMENT / ORDER

By producing a copy of the proceedings, dated 26.04.2016 of the Chief Educational Officer, Tirunelveli, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court, dated 01.09.2014 in W.P.No.32592 of 2012, had been complied with. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
