Sri M.A.Subramani, HCGP for R3) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct respondent No.1 to respond to the representations made by the petitioners vide Annexure-P and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo dated 08.04.2019, which reads as follows:
“The undersigned respectfully states that subsequent to the last date of hearing before this Hon’ble Court, the Respondents have agreed to consider the Petitioner’s representation seeking issuance of e-khata within a reasonable time and proceed further accordingly.
The Petitioner herein prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings if the Respondent fails to consider the Petitioner’s representation favourably.”
2. The petitioners state that in view of the respondents taking up for consideration the petitioners’ representation, petitioners may be permitted to withdraw these petitions.
3. Petitioners also seek liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, if respondents fail to consider the petitioners’ representation.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, if the respondents fail to consider the petitioners’ representation.
No orders are required to be passed on I.A.No.2/2018, in view of the disposal of these petitions.
