S.Mariyappan vs The Management

Prayer: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, praying to withdraw and transfer the I.D.No.47/2017 on the file of the 4th respondent to the Labour Court, Madurai or any other competent jurisdiction Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
