JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the respondent by his proceedings dated 20.07.2017.
2. Recording the above-said statement, the contempt petition is closed. However, a liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 20.07.2017, if he so aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub A(MD)No.177 of 2017 is also closed.
