[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is represented by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Respondent that the Petitioner is provisionally selected for the post of Graduate Assistant in Tamil under Scheduled Class (General) Turn, without going into the merits of the case and subject to the outcome of Review against Writ Appeal. Further, a recommendation was made to the Director of School Education for issuance of appointment order. That apart, it is the stand of the Respondent that the Director of School Education is requested to verify all documents and issue appointment orders to the Petitioner to the post of B.T. Assistant in Tamil under the Scheduled Class (General) Communal Turn.
2. In view of the above and recording the same, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
