JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 in pursuance of the complaint dated 03.01.2017, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 3 and 4. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the remaining respondents.
3.It is seen from the records that on 03.01.2017 the petitioner has given a complaint, wherein certain allegations have been levelled against the respondents 5 and 6. But on the basis of the said complaint, action has not been taken. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents 1 and 3 are directed to look into the complaint alleged to have been given by the petitioner on 03.01.2017 and if there is any bona-fide allegation, directed to take further action within a period of one month.

3.The Commissioner, S.Pudur Panchayat Union, S.Pudur, Sivagangai District.
