JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of her representation dated 16.03.2017, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner' s representation dated 16.03.2017 for the issuance of revenue patta, the 2nd respondent has not considered the same yet.
4. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner' s representation dated 16.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
