JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner sought for electricity service connection to his house situated at No.153, 3rd Street, Bharath Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai-99, which is kept pending presumably on the ground of objection raised by the private respondent viz., the fourth respondent.
2. Despite notice having been served on the impleaded fourth respondent, none appears on behalf of him.
3. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner will have to produce the document evidencing his possession.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would do so to the satisfaction of respondents 2 and 3.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing respondents 2 and 3 to effect electricity service connection to the petitioner's premises subject to the condition that the petitioner produces relevant documents to show his title and possession. This order is passed as the fourth respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court despite raising objections before respondents 1 to 3. No costs.
