JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present Civil Application is preferred for direction to respondent no.1 authority to consider the case of the applicant with effect from 01.04.1983 in the cadre of Forester and implement the resolution of the Government (Forest and Environment Department)dated 29.10.2005. The Civil Application is misconceived and uncalled for and the same deserves to be rejected and the same stands rejected accordingly.
Special Civil Application No. 23070 of 2005 and allied matters are fixed for hearing on 13.09.2011.
