Mr.

Trivedi, learned Advocate has submitted that now he is instructed to appear, as advocate for petitioner, instead of Mr.Deepak Sanchela, learned Advocate (on behalf of the petitioner). He, however, clarified that until now he has not entered his appearance and has not filed his Vakalatnama. He, requested for time to enter appearance to appear on behalf of the petitioner in application as well as in the petition.

In view of the request made by learned Advocate Mr. Trivedi, time is granted. S.O. to 22nd March 2012.
