JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Om Prakash-VII,J.
Both the parties appeared in person along with their counsel. Ms. Smita Tripathi categorically stated that it is not possible for her to live with Sri Vikram Singh. She is living separately since 2006. On 11.3.2014, both the parties appeared in person before this Court. Before the Court both the parties agreed for divorce with consent and amicable settlement.
On the request of Sri Vikram Singh, list on 24.9.2014. On that day, both the parties shall appear in person and may the affidavits.
