The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Revision No. C-20170500112/K-2017 (Brijnath Mani Tripathi and others vs. Smt. Smita Singh and 8 others) be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No. C- 20170500112/K-2017 shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
