O R D E R This writ petition is directed against the tender notification issued by respondent Nos.2 and 3 dated 12.09.2014 at Annexure-A.
2. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has filed a memo dated 01.02.2019 along with official memorandum stating that the tender notification dated 12.09.2014 had been cancelled due to administrative reasons.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed as having become infructuous.
