JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.Rakesh Tikku, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner made representation dated 25.10.2011 and 22.05.2012 to the Chairman, CBDT, North Block, New Delhi and to the Joint Secretary (Admn), CBDT, North Block respectively - have not been decided by the concerned authorities.
2. I find substance in the submission and the representations made by the petitioner. Therefore, the Chairman, CBDT is directed to decide the said representations of the petitioner within four weeks and outcome thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner. If required, action shall be taken against the erring officers, as per law.
3. Petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate the said decision, if he still aggrieved from the disposal of the representations.
4. Registry of this Court is directed to send the copy of this order and copy of petition to the Chairman, CBDT, North Block, New Delhi for compliance.
5. In view of above, instant petition and application stands disposed of.
6. Dasti.
