This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for contempt of Court for willful disobedience and for not complying the Court order made by this Court in W.P.No.845 of 2016 on 11.01.2016. M.M.SUNDRESH,J rg
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Chenglepet in Na.K.aNo.4126/2016/Aa2 dated 29.11.2016, by which, the request made by the petitioners were rejected.
3. In view of the said compliance made, the contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
