2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the department as preferred writ appeal in W.A.No.1310 of 2017 against the said order and a batch of writ appeals are also pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench.
3. In this view of the matter, no further consideration is required. In this Contempt petition, at this stage and accordingly, the Contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
