Notice sent to the appellant has been returned as ' Left '. Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that he has sent a registered letter to the appellant and the same has been received by the appellant on 19.1.2017. Despite service of registered letter, he has not received any instruction from his client and a memo has also been filed to that effect. Hence, Registry is directed to print the name of the appellant and post on 1.2.2017.
2. Today, the matters have been listed by printing the name of the appellant. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in person or through counsel. Further, as per the directions of this Court, notice was also not served on the respondent till date. Hence, both the civil miscellaneous appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
