Heard Mr.M.R.Sreenivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Panidan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.
2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 22.04.2015 in W.P.(MD)No.6291 of 2015, had been complied with and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner further seeks to clarify that the closure of the contempt petition shall not be construed as prejudicially affecting the right of the petitioner to approach the authority for Revision of Pension as per his last drawn wages
4.Recording the said submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed with the clarification made supra. No costs.
