It is represented that the order which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition has been complied with in the form of order of rejection in Se.Mu.Ka.No.R1/20762/2016 dated 05.07.2017 passed by the Managing Director of TASMAC/respondent, which is taken on file and recorded and a counter affidavit has also been passed to that effect.
2. However, Mr.S.Ayyathurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the points urged by the petitioner in the revision petition have not been considered in proper perspective and merely a mechanical order has been passed in the revision petition and it is also not in consonance with the order passed in the writ petition.
3. Per contra, Mr.M.John Kenny, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/contemnor would submit that this Court has merely directed the to dispose of the revision petition and it has also been done and therefore, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
4. In the light of final orders passed in the revision petition filed by the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the order rejecting the review petition before the competent forum.
