JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner approached this Court alleging that registering authority overlooking Ext.P3 judgment is attempting to register a document presented by respondents 2 and 3 for registration. Petitioner relies on Ext.P3 judgment. It is decreed in Ext.P3 judgment that 5th defendant is restrained from creating any document in respect of plaint item property. The 5th defendant is Skariya Aliyamma. Petitioner submits that the second respondent is the 5th defendant in the above suit. Though notice has been served, none appeared for the party respondent.
2. Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that no document has been presented in respect of the plaint schedule property referred in Ext.P3. It is made clear that the registering authority is bound to follow any directions in Ext.P3 judgment unless it is set aside by competent court.
Therefore with the above observation, Writ Petition is disposed of.
