Learned Government Pleader submits that pursuant to Annexure-I judgment the Regional Deputy Director, Higher Secondary Education, Malappuram had issued a proceedings dated 19-06-2014 effecting re-fixation of pay of the petitioner in the scale of HSST (Higher), and that the judgment stands complied.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received copy of any such proceedings. Government Pleader is directed to hand over a copy of the proceedings to the learned counsel.
3. Since the direction contained in the judgment stands complied, this court do not think that there is any circumstances existing warranting further proceedings in this contempt of court case. The contempt of court case is accordingly closed.
4. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge the proceedings if he is aggrieved in any manner.
