This criminal petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.57 of 2012 of Yellandu Police Station of Khammam District for offences under Section 498(A) IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted according to the telephonic instructions received, the police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet and case ended in acquittal after trial.
