ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside proceedings in Rc.No.2676/2014-B, dated 23-7-2014 of respondent No.2 whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation on certain allegations.
This Court, by order dated 13-8-2014 suspended the said order.
Inasmuch as the impugned order of suspension has been made pending enquiry, it is appropriate that respondent No.2 completes the enquiry and passes a final order within a reasonable time.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to complete the enquiry, pass appropriate order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Pending such enquiry, the petitioner shall be continued as the fair price shop dealer in pursuance of the interim order granted in the Writ Petition.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.29044 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
