JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on 29.11.2016, there was no representation on either side and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Again, when the matter was listed on 14.12.2016, it was represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the matter was settled 'out of court', however, he sought time till 14.12.2016 and accordingly, it was listed on 14.12.2016 and once again, he sought time. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent is present.
2. In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
