JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Senthil Kumar (Enrollment No.MS.605/2014) (junior of Mr.V.Ramajagadeesan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner), submitted that the petitioner has sold the property and the new purchaser had settled the matter with the authorities and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
