[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent since he failed to comply with the order passed in W.P(MD)No.4435 of 2016 dated 26.09.2016 by this Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that the direction issued by this Court in W.P(MD)No.4435 of 2016 has been complied with.
3.Considering the aforesaid representation, the relief sought in the contempt petition has become infructuous.
4.In fine, this contempt petition is dismissed. No costs.
