JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr.S.B.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.S.Sanjanwala, learned Senior Counsel with Mr.Manav Mehta, learned counsel for the respondent company.
2. Mr.R.S.Sanjanwala, learned Senior Counsel appears with Mr.Manav Mehta, learned counsel for the respondent company, states that the respondent company is not in a position to pay dues of the petitioner. Hence, ADMIT.
3. Notice of admission of this order shall be advertised in Indian Express English Daily and Divya Bhaskar Gujarati Daily, both Ahmedabad editions. This matter is kept for hearing on 04.02.2013.
4. Publication in the Official Gazette is dispensed with.
