Power filed today by Sri Raj Kumar Singh on behalf of respondent no.1 be placed on record.
Notice on behalf of respondents has been accepted by their respective counsel, who pray for and are granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
Sri A.K. Verma, counsel for the U.P. Pollution Control Board has placed before us the order passed by the Division Bench at Allahabad dated 25.1.2007, which deferred the hearing of the case till the decision of the apex court.
Under the circumstances, we accordingly direct that this writ petition be listed and connected with Writ Petition No. 1092 (MB) of 2006 and other connected matters, after the decision by the apex court.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the earlier writ petition, interim order has been granted, therefore, the same be granted in this case also.
Prayer for interim order cannot be accepted in view of the aforesaid order of the Division Bench, Allahabad and the order passed by the apex court, at this stage.
