By the impugned order Regional Manager has issued a letter to Assistant Regional Manager to grant medical leave to the petitioner so that he can get his treatment properly as according to the report of Medical Board, the disability of the petitioner is fully curable.
In such circumstances, the petitioner may take medical leave and get his treatment from the specialist physician/doctor. Thereafter the department got the the petitioner medically examined and submit a report relating to his fitness before this Court on the next date of listing.
