Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Suit No. 833 of 1991 (Ramesh Chandra Tiwari vs. Kunwar Kanhaiya Srivastava and another) alongwith connected Suit No. 302 of 1998 (Siya RAm Singh Vs. Ramesh Chandra Tiwari), in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application/petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ F.T.C., Gorakhpur to decide the suit, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
