The applicant is before this Court against the wilful defiance of the order dated 7.3.2018 passed by the Civil Judge (JD), Kanpur Dehat in O.S. No.159 of 2018 (Siya Devi v. Rajeshwari).
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and find that the applicant has alternative efficacious remedy in the form of application under Order 39 Rule 2A CPC and as such the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter under the Contempt of Courts Act.
The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
