JUDGMENT / ORDER

The wife who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2016 on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Tiruchirappalli, is the Petitioner. She seeks transfer of the proceedings to any of the Sub-Court at Thanjavur on the ground that she is a resident of Thanjavur and she finds it difficult to travel to Tiruchirappalli to attend the case.
2.Considering the convenience of the wife, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Petition in H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Sub-Court, Tiruchirappalli and transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Thanjavur. The Principal Sub-Court, Trichirappalli is directed to transmit the records to Sub-Court, Thanjavur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
