JUDGMENT / ORDER

Prayer:- Petitions filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.50 and 47 of 2016 respectively from the file of Family Court at Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Cuddalore and Sub Court, Mannargudi.
These petitions are filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.Nos.50 and 47 of 2016 from the file of Family Court at Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Cuddalore and Sub Court, Mannargudi respectively.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. When the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that both the petitioner and the respondent are working at Chennai, it would be convenient for them, if the said O.P.s are transferred to Chennai and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the submissions and endorsements so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent, the petitions in H.M.O.P.No.50 and 47 of 2016 respectively are ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Family Court at Villupuram and is transferred to the file of Family Court, Chennai. The Family Court at Villupuram is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.50 and 47 of 2016 to the file of Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
