All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay the decree debt and to avert his arrest in the meanwhile. I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due in five equal monthly instalments starting from 01.08.2014.
2. The petitioner shall not be arrested and detained in civil prison if he pays the amount in instalments as directed. The petitioner can be arrested and detained in civil prison if anyone of the instalments is defaulted.
3. The petitioner shall produce this order in E.P. No.
344/2004 in O.S. No. 412/2000 on the file of the court of the Munsiff of Kodungallur within a period of two weeks.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
