This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the order in Rc.No.1652/2014/K, dated 30.06.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop authorization, pending enquiry.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
As the impugned order was passed as far back as 30.06.2014 pending enquiry, I am not inclined to interfere with the said order at this stage. Instead, respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry and pass a final order within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.39591 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
