ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of investigation in Crime No.493 of 2013 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, which was registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC.
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the police have investigated into the matter and filed a charge sheet. As the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to avail the remedies available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
