Petitioner apprehends arrest by Punalur Police in Crime No.879/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 and 4 read with Section 7 of the Kerala Money Lenders Act. 2. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel.
3. It appears that certain documents were seized from the house of one Anil Kumar on 18.05.2014. According to the learned Public Prosecutor, involvement of the petitioner is not revealed so far.
4. In the light of the above, it is not necessary to proceed with the application. The application is disposed of as under:

B.A. No. 4047 of 2014 It is directed that in case the Punalur Police wants the petitioner to be interrogated in Crime No. 879/2014, notice shall be served on him under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C. Thereon, it is open to the petitioner to move the appropriate court for appropriate relief.
