The petitioner challenges rejection of renewal of application for explosive licence under Section 121(1)(c) of the Explosive Rules before the District Collector by Ext.P5.
2. In view of the pendency of Ext.P5, there shall be a direction to the District Collector to take up Ext.P5 and pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till then, the interim order passed by this Court will continue.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
