2 The Home Secretary Ministry of Home Affairs Union of India New Delhi [ Respondents] Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records on the file of 1st respondent in connection with the impugned Notices dated 5.6.2017 bearing No.40/ GF (Civil Authority) LIN/ 2017- 563 and 566 respectively and quash the same as it is issued without any enquiry or opportunity and violative of article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India.

2. The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petitions to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records on the file of 1st respondent in connection with the impugned Notices dated 5.6.2017 and to quash the same.

Pursuant to the order passed on 12.06.2017 directing the 1st respondent to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, the petitioners appeared before the 1st respondent on 12.06.2017 afternoon with their representations. However, the petitioners admitted before the 1st respondent that they are not involved in any employment and confirmed that Thiru.Ramurthy does not have any Spa Centre in the given address viz., No.25, Anjaneya Koil Street, Seliyamedu, Bahoor Commune, Puducherry. Further, taking into consideration the admission made by the petitioners, the 1st respondent observed that the employment contract between V.Ramurthy, the employer and the foreigners is a false document and it is a clear case of visa violation.
4. It is brought to the notice of this Court today that both the petitioners have left India in compliance of the Left India Notices dated 05.06.2017.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the relief sought for in the writ petitions have become infructuous. Hence, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
