JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner has approached this Court for seeking the following relief, “To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1239/2006/A4 dated 17.04.2006 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits.”
3. The case of the petitioner is as follows:-
According to the petitioner, she was employed as cook at the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Kittampatti, Palacode Block, Dharmapuri District. She was relieved from service vide impugned order dated 17.04.2006.
4. In the writ petition, the petitioner has not brought any facts regarding to the date of her appointment or nature of her employment under the respondent. The writ petition is completely bereft of any details, except stating that she was relieved from service vide impugned order.
5. From the affidavit, it could not be discerned as to whether the petitioner could maintain the present writ petition, particularly, with reference to sketchy averment, sans details of the employer employee relationship. Even the grounds which are raised in the writ petition are quite bald and do not support the contention raised on behalf of the writ petitioner before this Court.
6. In view of the absence of any acceptable reasons or details in the affidavit, the said writ petition cannot be maintained and therefore the same is dismissed.
