The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Stay Application filed on 21.5.2018 in Suit No.575 of 2013 (Amit Kumar Vs. Radhe Shyam) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that orders shall be passed on the Stay Application filed on 21.5.2018 in Suit No.575 of 2013 (Amit Kumar Vs. Radhe Shyam) in accordance with law within a month from the next date fixed in the Suit, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
