Sri Yogendra Singh Bohra, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain facts has wrongly been mention in the body of the writ petition and as such he does not want to press the present writ petition, and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after serving the notice to Sri Santosh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for caveator -respondent.
