JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the lower Court's record.
Prayer for bail has been made by Sitaram Manjhi and Smt. Siyaraji , who have been convicted u/s 498A and 306 I.P.C. in Session Trial No. 353 of 2010 arising out of Case Crime No. 828/10 P.S. Maharajganj, District - Faiazabad, and were sentenced to undergo 5 years and 1 years R.I. respectively and also with fine.
It is submitted that appellants are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Cause of suicide, as per the prosecution story is the illicit relation of her husband with the wife of his elder brother. It is further submitted that the appellants had absolutely no role to play in the said case and they were on bail during trial also and have never misused the liberty of bail.
Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without commenting on the merit of the case, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. The appellants(Sitaram Manjhi and Smt. Siyaraji) shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
Till further orders realization of fine, if any, shall remain stayed.
