Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
The petitioner has come up praying for a direction that the investigation be conducted fairly and properly which has not been concluded as yet inspite of the fact that the petitioner who is the victim has already got her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 13.12.2017.
We are not aware of any further steps having been taken in the matter but if the investigation has not yet been concluded, the concerned Investigating Officer shall proceed to do the needful in accordance with law.
In the event, the petitioner is still aggrieved then the petitioner can approach the respondent no. 2 Senior Superintendent of Police, Saharanpur for redressal of the grievances.
Disposed of with the said directions.
