Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the application 6-C moved in original suit o. 396 of 2014 (Sitara Bano Vs. Smt. Kalui Devi and others), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div), Allahabad (Now Prayagraj), in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (Sr. Div), Allahabad (Now Prayagraj) to decide the aforesaid case/appeal/application/suit, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
