JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate, who has accepted noticed on behalf of opposite parties 1 and 2, and Shri Shailesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.
3. Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 1900 of 2010, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, police station Kotwali Sader, district Lakhimpur Kheri.
We have gone through the FIR and other documents annexed along with the petition.
Since the FIR discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
However, considering the fact that the petitioner is a government servant and allegations levelled against him are trivial in nature, we hereby provide that if he surrenders and moves application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the courts below expeditiously.
