This petition has been filed to expedite the Case No. T202115060301407 of 2020 (Sitadevi vs. Ram Surat and others) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, Azamgarh.
I have gone through the records and find no good ground to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below by making an appropriate expedite application. In the event such an application is made, it is expected that the same shall be heard and decided, in accordance with law.
