Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This Court vide order dated 15 November 2017 directed the respondents therein, to consider the representation made by the petitioner.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a contractor and had undertaken some work with the Nagar Palika Parishad, according to the learned counsel for the applicant admitted dues is outstanding, however, the same has not been released.
In my opinion, learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out any willful and deliberate disobedience of the writ Court order. In the event, amount is not being released, it is open to the applicant to avail remedy for recovery of his monies, as per in law, if so advised.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
