The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to respondent no. 3 District Magistrate to take strict action against the third parties who are creating interference in running of the Mosque and Dargah.
The petition has not been filed on behalf of any Wakf or mutvalli of Mosque or Dargah. The writ petition filed by the petitioner in his personal capacity is not maintainable, as the petitioner is not a person aggrieved in any manner.
The writ petition is mis-conceived and is dismissed.
