Parikh, learned advocate appearing for the appellant raised contention that the learned Tribunal has committed error in assessing the income of Rs. 4000/- per month without there being any substantial evidence on record. He contended that the income should not have been beyond the taxable limit. The claimant should have produced the assessment order of the Income Tax Return. Mr. Raval, learned advocate requests for time to enable him to find out the law on the subject. Matter is adjourned to 03.02.2012.
